FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers about pricing, timelines, picking the right service, and what happens after launch.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope, so we don't quote a price without understanding what you need first. After a discovery call, you get a fixed-scope, fixed-price quote in writing before any work starts — no hourly billing that grows as we go.

How long does a typical project take?

It varies by service and scope — a marketing website and a custom software build take very different amounts of time. Your quote includes a specific timeline based on what you've asked for, not a generic estimate.

I'm not sure which service we need. How do we figure that out?

Tell us the problem you're trying to solve, not the service you think you need. On the discovery call we'll map it to the right service — or combination of services — and say so honestly, even if that means a smaller project than you expected.

Can services be combined into one project?

Yes, often. A new website frequently pairs with UI/UX design, cloud hosting, or ongoing IT support, for example. We scope combined projects together so the pieces work as one system instead of being handled separately.

What happens after launch — do you offer support?

Yes. Once a website, app, or system goes live, you can manage it yourself or add ongoing support through IT Support & Managed Services for updates, monitoring, and fixes. There's no obligation to continue with us after launch.

Do we own what you build for us?

Yes. Code, content, and accounts are yours once a project is delivered. We're not interested in locking you into a platform or a support contract you can't leave.

What do you need from us to get started?

Just a conversation to begin with — a discovery call to understand the problem. Depending on the service, we may later ask for brand assets, access to existing systems, or details about your current setup, but nothing is needed before that first call.

Can you work with systems or vendors we already use?

In most cases, yes. Cloud migrations, integrations, and custom software projects are often built around existing tools rather than replacing everything — we'll tell you upfront if something genuinely needs to be replaced instead.

Do you only work with businesses in the UAE?

The UAE is our focus and where our services and compliance knowledge are built around, but reach out regardless of location and we'll tell you honestly whether we're a good fit for your project.
