These terms explain how Creative Digital Agency ("we", "us") works with clients who engage us through this website, creativedigitalagency.ae.

Enquiries and Quotes

Submitting the contact form is an enquiry, not a contract. Any quote we send is a fixed-scope estimate based on the information you gave us; it is not binding until both parties agree in writing to the scope, price, and timeline, typically by email.

Project Work

Once a quote is accepted, work proceeds according to the scope agreed at that time. Any request to add or change scope after work begins will be quoted separately rather than assumed to be included in the original price.

Payment

Payment terms (deposit, milestones, or full payment) are agreed per project at the quote stage and confirmed in writing before work begins.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the final deliverables (code, designs, content) transfers to the client upon full payment. We may retain the right to display completed work in our own portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

Website Use

This website and its content are provided for the purpose of describing our services and receiving enquiries. You may not copy, resell, or misrepresent content from this site as your own.

Limitation of Liability

We aim to deliver every project to the agreed scope and quality, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of software, websites, or systems we build, beyond what is agreed in the specific project contract.

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
